So a lot of my friends know but for those of you who don’t. I’m probably one of the laziest sloths in the world.i often refer to myself as Dot Cotton as I spend most of my days drinking tea and smoking fags 😂 God I don’t even like to walk up the stairs!

So.... I've set myself a little challenge...

In 2 weeks time it will be 6 years since I lost my Dad to suicide. As the years have gone on I miss him more and more. I miss his smile, his hugs his laughs, and just generally being able to speak to him. So I want to be able to do something which I know would make him super proud. My Dad was super outdoorsy - he loved walking and rugby but his favourite thing was climbing. So I've decided to set myself the challenge of walking Pen Y Fan. This might seem like nothing to some people but to me this is massive! I’ll be doing this with the help and support of my Sister as she’s super active and I know she will push me and kick my arse up there. I will be hoping to raise as much money as possible for Mind the mental health charity which is something that is massively close to my heart. The work this charity do is unbelievable and personally I don’t think they get as much credit as they deserve. We will doing the walk on November 24th which is my Dads birthday just to make it that little bit more special. So if you want to have a laugh and watch me suffer and also help me raise money for an amazing charity then please donate. Every penny will make a massive difference!
