On Sunday 15th of September I'm running a half marathon around Bristol to raise money for Legs4Africa - and I FOR ONE CAN'T WAIT.

They recycle prosthetic legs that would otherwise end up in landfill and send them over to Africa where they can be fitted to amputees who would otherwise never walk again. They also set up support groups so people affected by limb-loss can have access to emotional rehabilitation as well as physical.

If you can throw any pennies at me that you find down the side of your sofa I would really appreciate it.
