As a lot of you know I have been signed up to a charity boxing match and my chosen charity is Essex air ambulance. I lost a good friend this year in a very critical way and incident, he touched the hearts of many, the life of the party where ever he went, the joker and the charmer and he was our one and only Quhey Saunders, the chosen charity being Essex air ambulance is because they flew out Quheys heart he donated to the next person to live on his legacy! They deserve more credit than they get nowadays and I want to honour my fight to Quhey in his memory. I would really appreciate any donations for this fight as im working so hard for this and also doing full time nursing at the same time, i would love for the word to be spread and keep our Quheys name going forever and always!
