Unfortunately in 2013 we lost our brother Alex. He suffered with his mental health like so many more people do. Alex didn't get the help that he needed, so we're hoping by raising money and awareness for Mind that families like ours and people like Alex don't have to suffer in the future. Any donations would make a difference, our main goal is to help people and families get the help they need.


On June 16th we will be taking part in a 10 mile walk to raise awareness for mental health and to help Mind and other families like ours.

The work that mind do are amazing and to give you an idea of what some of the money we will raise together goes....

>>£15 could fund someone experiencing mental health problems to attend a group therapy session.

>> £7.60 could offer a lifeline to someone in desperate need of support from minds info and legal helplines.

£21 could fund an hour of elfriends, minds amazing and vital community that provides peer support to tens of thousands of people.



It would be absolutely amazing if we could all come together and smash this target, and if you can't donate PLEASE share this page with as many people as possible. Even if it means that those people find this charity for the first time, it could really really help someone in need.

Mental health is somthing that NEEDS more recource and more awareness there are so many people out there suffering in silence and don't know where to turn for help! This is where mind comes in. We need to show all those people the support is there. So families like mine and people like my brother Alex don't suffer.
