There aren't any words that will even come close if I was to try and describe my Auntie Cathy (I'll try...)

Firstly, she was NUTS, but nuts in the kindest possible way! NOTHING on this earth would embarrass her. When she walked into a room she had a presence, that sounds strange but she did. People that knew her I'm sure would agree! She would lean out her car window and shout at cyclists, for example she would shout, "Do you have a licence for those legs?!", I would give you more examples but I know it would shock you all and you wouldn't believe it anyway!

I have never, and will never meet any one with confidence like her. She would be brutally honest if you asked for her opinion and if you didn't like it well... you would simply lump it and kind of wish you'd never asked! 

She was my Mums soulmate. They had the strongest bond you can imagine. My dad even used to say he feels like the third person in his marriage, because they adored each other.

My Mum told me the other day if she could have taken Cathy's place she would have. My Mum cared for her sister and was there every single step of the way when she fell ill. Right until the very end.

Charlie, your Mum was amazing & I cherish and laugh at all the memories I am so fortunate to have.
