The lovely ladies at Lloyds bank in Folkestone have arranged a 24 hour sponsored cycle in aid of Cancer Research and The Emily Ash Trust, in memory of my amazing dad. 

Having recently lost my dad to cancer, and with so many others having also lost someone special to this horrible disease, it's imperative that we keep donating and working to beat it.
