I stupidly signed up for the Adidas Silverstone half marathon because we ll know I love running, sweating and panting like a cow giving birth so I thought what better excuse to keep me from pulling out last minute than to do it for charity.

I've chosen Stokenchurch dogs home purely because I love little snuggly pups and let's face it, who doesn't? And they take care of the little puppie bambinos and I love that. PUPPIES!

See, that's what I get like about dogs so don't be selfish and save all the pups of the world!
