Sadly 3 weeks ago my heart was ripped apart by the sudden loss of my astonishing wife and best friend Lindsey. During the last 7 years Lindsey suffered with severe anxiety but we always managed to get through it. I want to raise awareness of this awful mental illness and hope that one day anyone that’s suffers like Lindsey did will be able to source the help and support they need.
