I am running the Stratford Half Marathon on 16 November 2013 to raise funds for Edward's Trust, an amazing local charity that provides essential bereavement support to children and adults when they need to it most.

I am running in memory of Sheila, a very dear family friend who was a true inspiration in her positive approach to life, her thoughtfulness and consideration for others.  She was one of those people who just made the world a better place.
