Some of you may know that last year I was due to participate in last year's Brighton Marathon with my sister to raise money for St Barnabas Hospice, where my mum died a year and a half ago.  So many people kindly donated to this incredible charity but unfortunately the week before I was due to run I suffered an injury, which resulted in my sister running alone.  I was absolutely devastated at the time but now I have made a full recovery, I would like to run the race that I should have last year! 

I am so grateful to those of you who have already donated but I have a duty to St Barnabas to raise as much for them as possible a second time around.  Whilst I hate asking for money that's exactly what I'm doing - even if you are able to give only a few pounds I will be eternally grateful - this is for you mum xx
