On Friday 4th July the AM West End Girls team, myself, Rosie and Anna, will be competing in the annual property triathlon at Dorney Lake for the fourth time. This involves me swimming 750m in the lake, Rosie cycling 20k around the lake and Anna running 5k up and down the lake. Our last outing at this event saw the team finish in 3rd place so the pressure is really on this year! 

We are raising money for Cancer Research, a charity close to a lot of people's hearts, and particularly mine having lost my beautiful Aunt very suddenly earlier this year to cancer. 

Please dig deep and show your support to this very worthy cause and help us beat this horrible and devastating disease.
