Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I alongside 29 other people will be doing The Three peak challenge where we will attempt to climb the highest mountains of England , Scotland and Wales within 24 hrs . It is a cause that is extremely close to my heart after meeting Dexter who was treated on my ward when he was diagnosed in late October 2016 with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma during his treatment his superhero powers of strength , resilience and bravery and his cheeky smile and especially when playing tricks on the nurses doctors or who ever he could inspired many people who had the pleasure to meet Dexter . Dexter was a true fighter but unfortunately in February last year lost his battle with Cancer with his loving mum and dad by his side. But his legacy remains through his amazing charity . This charity is Dexter’s legacy of an amazing boy . It helps to relieve financial strain through providing gift vouchers for use in businesses local to hospital and helping creating family memories by providing days out in the local area to families who have a child who are currently going through Cancer treatment . Also providing hampers and toys to the Children’s Cancer Ward where Dexter had his treatment . Please donate and help us raise as much money as we can for this amazing charity . Kindness is magic 💙
