I am doing the dulux colour run on Saturday 5th July. I have picked the mental awareness foundation charity becuase this is a cause that is close to me and others! This is in memory of a special man Jonathan armitt. This is to also support a charity that will reach out to others who need help, to help them realise they are not alone and they will be ok xx
