My lovely work friend Beth lost her 13 year old son Peter suddenly to undiagnosed diabetes type 1 in January.
Beth and her family are working hard to raise money for Diabetes UK and awareness of the symptoms of diabetes. Beth's strength, positivity and outlook on life has taught me so much.
This 10k I hope will raise more money for the charity. Please give generously.
