I decided to get involved with the Cook for Syria (UNICEF) fundraising initiative and host a supper club at home to raise money and awareness for the children of war-torn Syria. As a mother and a passionate cook, this was the perfect opportunity to cook loads of the Middle-Eastern inspired dishes that I love, share them with friends and raise money for such an important cause.
