Mark and Kirsty are doing The Nuts Challenge (a muddy obstacle race www.thenutschallenge.co.uk) again in August but in a slightly different way to before.  Mark is doubling the distance so will be doing 14km and 200 obstacles and Kirsty will be going it alone on the 7km (100 obstacles) so won’t have him as her literal crutch!

We have decided to use this challenge as an opportunity to raise money in honour of an amazing friend of ours who has been through so much over the past year, but is a fighter and survivor, always looking at the silver linings of her experience.

“It would be nice for all this hell to mean something, especially to those who have to endure so much more than me.  Macmillan are an incredible lot.  If it wasn’t for my Macmillan nurse this would have been so much harder to get through.”
