The Churches Preservation Society runs a "Ride + Stride" sponsored ride/walk every September. 

This year, I am joining in. I'll be starting in Cheam, and hope to visit 43 churchs on a route that takes in Banstead, Dorking, Leatherhead, and Epsom.
