Story

I walk for my own mental health, I had signed up to do a trekathon in Glencoe in July of this year but then coronavirus happened and it got cancelled. I continue to walk for my mental health while I can get out for exercise and I wanted to find a way to continue my challenge. Please consider donating to Tiny Changes and I'll walk a trekathon over the Craiglockhart hills at the end of May, that's 26 miles over a 3 mile circuit. If current lockdown restrictions still in place then I'll spread this over several days, if restrictions are lifted then I'll do this over 1 day 😎

Vaila is my 12 year old daughter, and she wants to shave her head and raise money with me, she will do this live on zoom on the 1st of May in front of all her friends from High School.

Scott Hutchison, singer in the band Frightened Rabbit, died by suicide in May 2018. Since then, his family have been campaigning to improve mental health amongst children and young people in Scotland.Tiny Changes (SC049112) aims to further that cause by funding projects and events that support affected people and advance research, and also by raising awareness and influencing policy. There is a crisis in young people's mental health in Scotland and it is getting worse. The next generation needs your help now.
