Sean and I have taken on the challenge of running a half marathon for Mind. If you're not sure what Mind is, it's a mental health charity very close to our hearts. 

I've experienced my fair share of struggles with my own mental health but I'm lucky enough to have a great support system whereas some are not as fortunate to have someone to talk to. If there's one thing I'd like to do - it's to raise money for a charity that does incredible work for those who are struggling. 

We are running the London Landmarks Half Marathon, which will take us past London's most well known landmarks and hopefully distract us from the distance ahead! Website to the event is here: https://llhm.co.uk/
