From the 17th - 19th May I will be taking part in this years Way of the Roses cycle challenge to raise money for Mace Foundation. This will entail a 170 mile coast-to-coast cycle route from Morecambe to Bridlington.

For those who are not familiar with the Mace Foundation over the last 6 years, it has donated over £2.59m to hundreds of charities and worthy causes. Helping thousands of people around the world! The money raised will go towards some excellent charity partnerships, such as Construction Youth Trust, LandAid, Mind and Parkinson's UK.

Any contributions will be massively appreciated by all at the Mace Foundation.
