On Sunday, 14th October I will once again be taking on the St. James's Place Foundation Triathlon in support of Hope and Homes for Children. The triathlon will be no easy feat, a 400m swim followed by a 20km cycle and a 5km run.

I hope you will support me to raise much needed funds for Hope and Homes for Children, a charity that is making a real difference to the lives of orphaned and abandoned children across Central and Eastern Europe and Africa.
