Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am running London Marathon to raise money for Black Country Foodbank.

Black Country Food Bank help vulnerable individuals and families in crisis through the provision of 3 days emergency food supplies while a longer term solution is developed.  The services provided have an enormous impact on the people who use them, giving them an important breathing space at a time of great need.

Unfortunately demand on the service is rising.  January 2023 saw the highest number of people they have ever supported in a month, with over 3700 people requiring emergency food provision. Sadly, 37% of these were children.  

Noone should go hungry in our society.
