This page was set up as a place for friends and family who knew Michael John Kennett who lived in Chessington in Surrey, who sadly passed away on Sunday 2nd August 2020 after a long battle with cancer.  Michael has touched many peoples lives over the years and was always happy to go out of his way to help everyone and anyone with his kindness.  

Michael battled with cancer for many years and the care he received along the way from the Hospital Staff and Cancer Treatment Team was none other than amazing.  Michael was always one for spending money wisely and we felt instead of flowers at his funeral he would much rather his friends made a donation to support a charity where the money would be used to help those either less fortunate or in need. We chose Prostate Cancer UK as they were amazing when Michael became first diagnosed with his illness and feel that with more fund raising around this further lives can be saved in years to come.

Michael passed away peacefully on 02/08/2020 with his wife Lesley, Step Son Stephen and Step Daughter Sara by his side..
