After last year's event I said I wouldn't do it again.  But I lied!

So for the fourth consecutive year I am going to put my ageing body through torture again in a great cause.

We all know someone who has suffered from the big C, so let's keep the fight going and fund research to find a cure.  If we can put a man on the moon then surely….
