We have just completed our gruelling journey in Cuba!

A group of guys lead by Rod Smallwood, cycled 180km in 48hours through the steamy heat of western Cuba. The route was tough and the going hard on bike and bum.. And all this to raise funds for Nordolf Robbins MusicTherapy and ChildLine charities.

We have completed the ride, and I am busy still raising funds to achieve!
