I'm raising money for a great charity called Basics Essex Accident Rescue Service (BEARS - http://bearsmedics.org.uk/) , BEARS is a charity that equips, trains and supports volunteer Doctors and Paramedics to attend patients in Essex and into Hertfordshire who require advanced pre-hospital care.
