Animals are my passion, can’t think of anything better than raising money for a great charity while having fun with my dogs, last year I couldn’t run 1k never mind 5k, following couch to 5k was amazing, until I had flu, it completely wiped me out, no training  for 8 weeks , back into it now, but still not managed to complete 5k.
