This year myself and some friends will be running for NCCA (Neuroblastoma Children's Cancer Alliance) as a group to help raise money and awareness for the charity and the work its doing!

Neuroblatoma is an aggressive childhood cancer; the NCCA help children access life saving treatments and support research that can help introduce new treatments. NCCA also help support the children and their families by sharing up to date resources and help create a network for parents to share information, knowledge and experience.

There is so few of us left that have not been impacted by Cancer in some way or another. Whether its your mum or you dad, your brother or sister, your aunt or your uncle - or maybe your friends. 

Its important that we all work together to help change come up about. So please help me and my friends as we run this October for a great cause!

On a much lighter note, everyone knows I'm not the most athletic person you'll ever meet, what with my severe asthma and my allergies AND I have never run a 10K before, so this is going to be really interesting! That alone should make you empty out your pockets!
