I am running the Hull 10k on the 8th June and hopefully walking a Mile in Memory across the Humber Bridge on the 25th May to raise awareness and money for The Lullaby Trust.

My very good friends Pete and Emma Waudby very sadly lost their daughter Lauren Rose Waudby to Cot Death in September 2003 so I want to run to show my support and join them and all the others who have tragically lost their babies by raising as much money as possible to a cause which helped them at such an horrendous time. Emma is the strongest lady I know and its a privilege to be her friend.
