Michelle Williamson-Braaf is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support
Story
On October 20th, our gym - Chalkbox Sevenoaks - has 8 teams taking part in the Battle Cancer competition in Olympia, London. In teams of 4, we will be putting ourselves through a number of gruelling workouts which will include Burpees, Deadlifts, Thrusters, Squats and who knows what else!
