I took part in TV's toughest quiz show - Only Connect. No spoilers, so I won't tell you how far my team (The Vikings, a sound bunch of lads) got in the competition - you'll need to watch to find out. 

The series will air on BBC2 on Friday nights from July 28th. I think our 1st appearance is Aug 4th.

So, if you'd like to cheer us along / marvel at the bottomless depths of my nerdishness / say "I can't believe you didn't know that y' dense gett" then perhaps you'll consider accompanying that with a small donation to Mind.

Mind were absolutely superb in helping a good mate and his family in managing depression.
