Going along with the Olympic theme that seems to have hit the country this year, along with two teammates, I'll be riding back from Athens to London this summer. The trip will be unsupported and may at times be only a little bit testing. But nevertheless, we'll manage. It's a mere 1800 miles with just the odd mountain in the way.

Having arrived in Athens we will cycle to get the ferry from Patras to Bari, and from there, cycle across to Rome. After which will be a short trip along the coast to Nice. Straight up through Paris to Dieppe. Finally, through into London. 

I'll be riding in aid of the Make-a-Wish Foundation. A charity that I would definitely have the right attitude to life in general. And so, please donate generously. You can be sure that any donation, however big or small, will be much appreciated.
