Aspire Channel Swim 2014 · 1 December 2014 ·

Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

Story

Please read my page....thanks x

OK so we have been methodically wading through the miles... we have 6 sessions to go to complete our goal. Jacob has been a star. Please support us with a small donation to this great cause. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page.

Over the next 12 weeks Jacob and I will be swimming 22 miles. This is the equivalent of the English Channel to raise money for people who have been paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury.

Every eight hours someone is paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury. It can happen to anyone at any time, and there is currently no cure. Every pound that I raise means that Aspire can provide practical help to a spinal injured person, allowing them to live a more independent life, so please donate as much as you can and help make a difference.
