Mikey Whitter is raising money for Douglas Macmillan Hospice
Story
I’m happy to announce that on the 21st July 2018 I will be, once again competing at Preston Guild Hall’s White Collar Boxing Event (WCBE). It’s sure to be a huge event featuring Preston’s and Blackburn’s white collar boxers!
As always with these events each boxer needs to represent a charity! As such I have once again chosen to represent Douglas MacMillan’s Hospice! They are a fantastic charity who provide all hospice services free of charge to over 3000 patients with life limiting and/or terminal illnesses. Furthermore they also help the families and carers of the patients by offering them supportive care as and when required!
It really is a fantastic cause and something that stands for something that will undoubtedly and unfortunately affect us all at some point in our lifetimes. This is just my way of giving them something back and showing my support! It would be great if you could do the same by donating on this page and help me achieve my fundraising goal! Thank you!
