Hi Guys,

We’re cycling John O’Groats to Land’s End in 10 day stint starting on June 3rd. We’re carrying all of our own gear with no support vehicle, so should be fun and plenty of dead ends met on the journey home the way the route planning has gone 🤣

For motivation we have chosen to do it for the Cornish charity: Hidden Help, based in Bissoe.

They help people who are in desperate need with furniture and household items -the ‘simple things’ to most people, be it a kettle or a mattress, curtains, or even carpet, to not have just a concrete floor!! 

It can help put a massive smile on the faces of a lot of people who may be struggling to make ends meet or who may be fleeing domestic abuse, leaving a shelter or hostel locally, or the vulnerable and long term sick, to asylum seekers to anybody that is trying to make a go of it again and may be failing no matter how hard they try.

They get referrals from local agencies or social services.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated to help this great charity which is completely self-funded, and staffed almost entirely by volunteers.
