All four of us (Carole, Craig, Clare and Alex) are involved with the fantastic charity at City of Chelmsford Mencap.  Each of our hearts have been stolen by the amazing students and how they love life and are always a pleasure to be with.  Only it is a charity, they need financial support and if that means we have to climb a mountain then pedal and row like crazy then that is what we have to do !

It will not be easy, but we are training hard and have pure determination.  But what is the point if this does not make a difference?  Please dig deep and sponsor us!
