Story
Dear friends,
On the 18th of April, I will commence my journey towards the Imja Tse (Island Peak) in Nepal. At 6,189m high, it will be a testing climb.
My motivation for this challenge is raising money for a small charity in Serbia called BelHospice www.belhospice.org.
Most of you don’t know that Serbia has no hospices and no dedicated institution to take care of the terminally ill. BelHospice has organised ambulances with teams of doctors and support staff to visit as many patients as they can. To me this is as humane thing as one can do for these unlucky people. Unfortunately, there are too few ambulances and doctors compared to the patients in need and with relatively modest donations they could help many more.
My parents have kindly offered to double whatever amount I manage to raise.
You can donate through this site, to the charity Hospices of Hope which is the parent company of BelHospice and all donations will be passed though.
Kind regards,
Milos
