The #1000BreadChallenge2015

SKT Welfare purchases flour and other ingredients required to make bread - including yeast and salt – and a tonne of flour produces roughly 1000 packs of bread; each pack containing 10 loaves. An individual would typically consume about 2 loaves per meal, so a single pack would suffice the average Syrian family for one meal.

None of this would have been possible if it wasn't for YOUR efforts!

This Ramadan we want to expand this project, we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to participate in our #1000BreadChallenge and endeavour to feed as many Syrian families as possible. The challenge is simple: All you have to do is get as many friends and family to sponsor 10 packs of bread at just £7 each! The difference this will make to Syrian lives will be immeasurable.
