This year, I am running the Royal Parks Half-Marathon in London in order to raise money for the wonderful work of Hope and Homes for Children. There are an estimated 8 million children living in institutions across the globe and the aim of this charity is to ensure that this becomes a thing of the past and children no longer have to suffer institutional care.
