Northstone started our journey with Cancer Focus NI back in 2019.  Back then, we were delighted to be crowned Big Shops Showdown Champion and raised the phenomenal amount of £20,135.  Since then, we have formed a charity partnership with Cancer Focus NI and support them through fundraising and corporate support.  We are delighted to continue this partnership this year by participating in the 2022 Causeway Coastal Walk and London Marathon.

Cancer Focus NI provides vital support to local cancer patients, their families, and carers.   They fund research and campaign for better health policies to benefit us all. 

Participating in these walk and running events is an excellent way for our employees to engage socially whilst improving their health and well-being.  

18 employees will take on the challenging 13.1-mile Causeway Coastal walk on Saturday 24th of September.  The following Sunday, 2nd October Eleanor Forrest Reid, our Head of Health, Safety & Environment, will participate in the world-famous London Marathon.  Our team aim to challenge themselves whilst helping to raise awareness and funds for Cancer Focus NI.
