Teenage Cancer Trust are a fantastic charity supporting teenagers and their families as they face extremely difficult and traumatic experiences at such a young age. This is also my school's 'House Charity', so as well as helping students to organise fundraising events I thought I'd better do my bit too.

Some of you will know that last year I planned to run the Bath Half for Teenage Cancer Trust, however, the 'Beast from the East' caused 'snow' much disruption that it was officially cancelled. Despite this I ran the distance the following week - my profile pic was taken a few minutes after finishing as proof! It was a lonely run and I definitely missed not having a good crowd helping to keep me going, but I was proud to finish it regardless.

Let's hope this year's event goes ahead as planned!
