I hate asking people for money - and have been a bit tied up in TOWIEville lately - so I've been a bit rubbish at pulling my finger out and asking. So here I am. Asking. With less than a week to go I need all the help I can get to raise much needed money and awareness for the BHF before I put foot to pedal and haul my arse from London to Brighton with a little help from my friends, Natalie and Rox. Think of us on Sunday 17th June pedalling in the pissing British rain. Eeek. 

So please dig deep and help the British Heart Foundation to keep all our hearts beating. We need them - and the brilliant research the BHF do - to help us to do bonkers things like cycling from London to Brighton. For fun. Apparently.
