I ran the Great North Run in 2014 having just been diagnosed with breast cancer. Four days after finishing it, I had my first chemo.

This year, the Great North Run takes place two years to the day that I started chemo.

I'm proud to be able to run the half marathon and even more proud to be running it for Breast Cancer Now.
