Our mission is to add life to every day for people in Nottingham who have been told their illness cannot be cured, helping them to live as actively and well as possible. Our care puts our patients and their families at the front of everything we say and do. We are very grateful for your support.

Story

Thank you so much for visiting my page! A bit about why I'm doing this:

Update: £400 raised in less than 24 hours, how amazing! Thanks so much to everyone; I've now raised the target to £700 to provide a nurse for 2 nights to one of Nottinghamshire Hospice's patients

I'm hoping to raise £350 to light up Nottinghamshire Hospice's light tower, and fund the cost of providing a nurse for a full night to one of their patients

Nottinghamshire Hospice is a charity close to my family's heart, and provide invaluable palliative end of life care and support for those who really need it. Christmas 2020 has been difficult for all of us, but for people approaching the end of their lives, and their families, it will be an especially hard time. The hospice needs more support than ever to be able to continue their amazing work, with all fundraising events cancelled since March, and shops shutting over Lockdown, leading to massive shortfalls in funding

I'd love to raise £350 to provide some support, and recognise the amazing work that this charity do 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I know everyone is finding this year difficult, and any support - whether monetary or just reading this note - is appreciated

Thanks x
