Story

Over 20 years ago my Dad lost his battle with cancer. In early 2018 and with the help of MyPeakChallenge, I started my transformation from an unhealthy and unfit couch potato to a strong, healthy and fit woman. During my journey I decided to try running in April last year and worked my way up from 0 to my first 5K, completed my first official 10K race in September 2018 and just completed my first 21K half-marathon during the Edinburgh Marathon Festival in May 2019.

And I decided to do it again! I will run the half-marathon during Edinburgh Marathon Festival  on May 24th, 2020.

All my runs are in memory of my beloved Dad and to help raise testicular cancer awareness. Because regular checks and early detection can save lives!

Every €/$/£ counts! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me to raise money for this important and great cause and to help raise awareness ❤

My Peak Challenge is a global movement dedicated to educating and inspiring its members to live healthier, happier, and more balanced lives while raising funds to change lives. It's a community and support system rooted in the belief that we can all effect positive change in our lives while helping others.

Cahonas Scotland exist to educate males on the importance on the early detection of Testicular Cancer, through regular self-checking.Through their education and information on the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer they want to empower males to be proactive about their own testicular health. Cahonas Scotland is committed to their mission where all cases of testicular cancer are diagnosed at the earliest stage possible, where treatment is more effective and survival rates higher.
