This will be my third half-marathon and my second Royal Parks Half.  Im a year older and my bones a bit more creaky than last year but hey ho - I think I can still run 13 miles even if I hobble the last two or three.

Most of you will have sponsored me in previous runs so you know I always run for cancer charities as they are dear to my heart. Many of us have already encountered cancer in our family or friends and most of us will at some stage in our lives so It doesn't matter how much you give but please do give something as the money is badly needed.
