Tonbridge Olympic Triathlon · 1 May 2023
As many of you know, our wonderful twins Oliver and Grace were born at 25 weeks in November 2019 and spent 8 months in hospital at Kings NICU. The team of doctors and nurses worked day and night to save their lives and they are now amazing little 3-year olds who bring us smiles every day and of course keep us on our toes.
Grace, who was only 15oz when she was born, is now walking, eating by herself and sleeping (most of the time). Oliver has Cerebral Palsy which affects the movement on the right side of his body, but he’s taking it all in his stride and took his first steps last August! And they're both now starting to say a few words 😊
We want to give something back to Kings NICU and Ickle Pickles so they can do the same for all the other babies that are born premature. So I'm dusting off my goggles, bike and trainers to do the Tonbridge Olympic Distance Triathlon (800m swim, 50km bike and 10km run) on Monday 1st May and anything you can donate, no matter how small, would be amazing. Thank you for visiting the page and taking time to read it.
