MAVERICK MOG & JOAN JETT'S WING WALK · 22 September 2019

Highland Hospice provides specialist care and support to terminally ill patients and their families in the Highlands. We have an In Patient Unit in Inverness, provide day care across the region and offer bereavement counselling for relatives. We aim to provide dignity when time matters most.

Story

As you know we recently completed a charity Fire Walk and we are of course very grateful for the very generous donations you all made.

But as you also know Highland Hospice need donations as often as possible to continue their exceptional work.

So "feeling the need for speed" Mog and Joan have decided to take to the skies and in true "Top Gun" style are doing a Wing Walk to raise more funds for Highland Hospice.

Highland Hospice are currently fundraising to purchase cuddle beds - cuddle beds are designed to give space for family members to lie down with their loved ones, providing them with additional comfort at a time when it's extra important to keep close.

When Mog's Dad Tom recently passed away in Highland Hospice everyone was so very grateful for everything that the wonderful Staff did for Tom and the rest of the family, but we can also understand how cuddle beds would be a welcome addition to Highland Hospice facilities and how they would bring additional peace and comfort to all future patients and families.

Any donations would be much appreciated

Love & thanks

Maverick Mog & Joan Jett xx
