The Business4Life team 2011 has been tasked with raising £40,000 for WaterAid over the next 12 months.   People around the world suffer on a daily basis because they don’t have access to safe water and sanitation. Money raised through the Business4Life programme will go towards providing access to clean water for 4,000 people and sanitation services for 5,000 in 2011/12 to communities in need in Gao - West Africa. This includes building latrines in schools and conducting advocacy and education programmes, as well as organising local WASH groups. 50% of the facilities will be accessible to those with disabilities.

 

This money will be raised through completing individual and team fundraising events. This page has been set up to help me achieve my individual target.

 

As you can see I have already had a go at coasteering and jumping off cliffs into freezing cold waters and held a handmade craft, cake and book sale in August, which was very well supported.
