Cambridge House is a social action centre tackling poverty and social injustice across London. We pursue a vision of a society without poverty where all people are valued, treated equally and lead fulfilling and productive lives.

Story

Cambridge House is a local charity which started of as a settlement in 1889 to support and develop the activities of the Trinity College Mission (which emerged from Cambridge University Trinity College) in its work to combat the effects of poverty and deprivation in the poorest parts of South London. The organisation formed part of the Settlement Movement. They offer advocacy services, disability services, law centre, LINk Southwark, youth work, resource team and community organisers.

·         To tackle the local effects of poverty, disadvantage and discrimination by enabling individuals and communities to take more control of decisions that affect their lives
